TheGrowZone.ca uses 2 types of Contact Forms. We use one type to communicate with you about any inquiries, comments, or concerns you may have. This style of Contact Form is located in the Footer area (Bottom of web page) and on our Contact Us Page. This style of form asks you to provide your name and email, and this information is used only to personalize our interactions with you. Your email address is not saved to any lists, and once we are done addressing your message, your information is routinely deleted within 30 days.
We use another Type of Contact Form with our email marketing software “MailChimp”. We use these forms to collect your personal information for two purposes. First, to provide a monthly update Newsletter that explains our up coming Sales and Contests. Secondarily, we use these forms to enter participants in our Monthly Contests. You MUST be on the Contest list to be eligible for our prize of the month at least until the day of the draw. The Information you provide us for the contest will be used to send you our Monthly Newsletter. If you open the letter, we will add you to our Newsletter Mailing List, If you do not, we will remove you from our mailing list after 2 months, or whenever you use the “Unsubscribe” function at the bottom of any email.
